Welcome to Mondragon Brewing! We are happy to have relaunched our website. Here you can follow our journey as a home brewery, that is slowly making the transition to the commercial market.
Who Are We?
It all begin with an idea. Growing Mondragon Brewing from a home brewery to a commercial brewery has been a concept for the last decade, and we are ready to start making the transition. My name is Steven Mondragon, and I am the owner and head brewer of Mondragon Brewing. I have been in the brewing industry for many years, both in professional craft and macro sized breweries. I have competed with my beers on both the local and national level, with many awards to show for it. My goal is to strive to bring old world style beers, in reference to Old Europe, to a new world style of taste. Beers made for every palate. The Current System
The home brewery has made a major upgrade. Today, we are using the Grainfather G70. This will eventually be our pilot system when we move on to the commercial brewery. Click below to learn more about our current set-up.
